All my life I have struggled with confidence issues. In my early twenties I decided to was time to do something about it. To try and combat this fact I decided to start learning about things like hypnosis, NLP and EFT.

I had heard people had used these tools before to completely change their life so I figured why not give it a try. The very first thing I learned about was hypnosis. Hypnosis is a way for the hypnotist to implant new thoughts and ideas into your subconscious mind so that you can have lasting change.

This is a website that talks about a new kind of mental manipulation that combines some of the most powerful mind tools such as hypnosis, NLP, Social Engineering and Persuasion to create something even more powerful.

The reason I liked this was because it was unlike anything I’d ever heard before. For example, not only can you use a type of self hypnosis to completely reprogram your mind but you can also use particular scripts and persuasion techniques in real life situations to get the results you desire out of life.

In the video you just saw you heard about many of the techniques that I am talking about. For example one of the most powerful techniques for confidence that I have learned is called “Versions”. Basically “Versions” are where you can have different versions of your personality for work, a different version of yourself for your social life, and even a different version of yourself for your personal life.

The way it works is you actually use mind control techniques to condition yourself to step into different roles depending on the situation.

Mind Control Techniques At Work

So for example, let’s say that you wanted to have more confidence when you are at work so that you have the confidence to ask your boss for a pay rise. Well the way it works is you literally write down on a piece of paper what you would look like in your ideal version of yourself.

So you might say that you have one hundred percent confidence, you might have all the right things to say at all times, you might dress in the perfect way. Then once you have figured out the perfect version of yourself you need to imagine yourself stepping into that role.

You need to imagine how you feel as this new person, you need to really feel the confidence, imagine how you talk, and then once you really feel those feeling you need to create an anchor for yourself.

You may have never heard of the concept of anchoring before and just in case you haven’t, it’s essentially creating a mind control trigger for yourself so that you can get into a state by firing off that anchor whenever you need to.

So for example the anchor could be rubbing you knee. So then when you want to get into that confident state that you have created for your work environment all you need to do is rub you knee and you will immediately be sent straight back into that state.
